At 4H Farms Dachshunds, we are dedicated to preserving the cherished long-haired miniature dachshund breed. Our mission centers on breeding healthy, AKC-registered dogs with exceptional care and love, ensuring each pup finds a nurturing, forever home. We value integrity, compassion, and excellence in every aspect of our work.

Our breeding program is centered on health, temperament, and preserving the integrity of the Dachshund breed, while also providing personal support to every family who adopts one of our pups. We never breed our females just to retire or rehome them later — our dogs stay with us for life. They’re family, first and always.

Raising Dachshunds with Heart and Heritage

With over 20 years of experience in raising miniature Dachshunds, our fur babies are truly part of our family. Our adults spend their days playing and relaxing in a comfortable, temperature-controlled indoor/outdoor space. They can often be found right by our side in our home, or outside with us collecting eggs from our chickens, apples and peaches from our orchard trees, or next to Mom while she is knitting or weaving her latest handmade creation.

We’re dedicated to giving every one of our Doxies the best care possible — from high-quality food and regular vet visits to plenty of love and attention. All of our adults are kept healthy with HeartGuard and Interceptor Plus each month because their health and happiness mean everything to us.

We’re also proud to have built our breeding program from outstanding U.S.-based Miniature Dachshund bloodlines. We’re deeply thankful to the wonderful breeders who have shared their trust and dedication with us along the way.
