🐾 What health guarantees do you offer for your dachshund puppies?

🐶 Proper Deworming
Your puppy will be dewormed on schedule, with full documentation provided.

🐶 Veterinary Exam & First Vaccinations
Every puppy receives a thorough veterinary exam and their first vaccinations before going home — including Bordetella (kennel cough) and the DHPP combo (Distemper, Adenovirus, Parvovirus, and Parainfluenza).
We never send a puppy home without a veterinarian’s care and records.

🐶 ACK Registration (Limited)
Your puppy will be eligible for AKC Limited Registration once spayed or neutered. Registration helps support AKC’s programs in canine health, recovery, and responsible breeding. In special circumstances, full AKC rights may be offered to approved homes with prior agreement and a shared commitment to the same standards of health, temperament, and breed integrity that we uphold at 4H Farms.

🐶 Microchipped for Life
Each puppy is microchipped before going home. The chip stays with your puppy for life, linked to your contact information to help reunite you if they’re ever lost — and it also serves as proof of ownership.

🐶 Loved & socialized from Day one
Each puppy is raised with love, hands-on care, and early socialization. We share weekly photos and videos as we are able, so you can watch your puppy grow and feel connected every step of the way.

🐾 How do you ensure the well-being of your dogs?

We provide daily love, proper nutrition, and regular veterinary care to maintain their optimal health. All of our adults receive Heartguard, as well as Interceptor Plus, monthly. Our Doxies’ health and happiness are our priority!

🐾 Are your dachshunds registered and pedigreed?

Yes, all our dachshunds are AKC-registered with documented pedigrees.

🐾 Breeding with Integrity and Purpose

Every pairing in our program is made with one goal in mind — to better the Dachshund breed, not simply to produce puppies. We focus on quality over quantity, ensuring that each litter represents our commitment to health, temperament, and breed standards. At 4H Farms, every dog and puppy comes with complete documentation and a proven pedigree.

We also do not sell to pet stores, brokers, or anyone with resale intentions — our puppies are placed only in loving homes where they’ll be cherished as family.

🐾 Lifetime Support

We strongly believe in the AKC’s position of spaying or neutering companion animals to reduce the number ending up in shelters as unwanted pets. Our puppies are sold with Spay/Neuter Contracts and AKC Limited Registrations, unless agreed upon otherwise (a different contract will be used for full AKC rights). At any age, our puppies are welcome to return to 4H Farms for any reason.
